with Tina-Lawlor Mottram If you are a healer, have you heard of CRPS? This workshop will aim to define and explore this little known condition, offering information for healers and carers about diagnosis, treatment offered by the NHS, and ways to cope with pain. If you suffer with CRPS this workshop will explore some of the symptoms, the pain, and treatment from the viewpoint of the patient and the healer working with the condition. By the end of the day you will have a clearer idea of what needs to change in your life/your clients life in order to improve the condition. The workshop leader was diagnosed with CRPS in 2011 and has personal experience to offer both from the point of patient and also as a healer used to working with other peoples conditions! As a healer or carer, by the end of the workshop, you will have a better grasp of the problems faced with CRPS and ways to enable people to work themselves towards recovery, in addition to conventional medicine and care offered by the medical profession.
