With Caroline Joyner In this workshop we will discuss the qualities relating to this full moon and develop techniques that assist us in focusing our energies over the coming months. We will be exploring poetry and spoken word as the art form along with the rituals mentioned below.

Our ancestors generally lived their lives in closer harmony with the cycles of nature and life itself. It is often apparent to us city dwellers, how out of sync we are with the rhythms of nature. These evenings are a gentle way to explore and build upon techniques that bring balance back into our lives. We will also remind ourselves of our processes and connections with the natural world. As creative and unique beings, these workshops enhance our abilities to enrich our everyday lives, via a rich blend of relaxation techniques and the creative process. These workshops generally include: Meditation Gentle stretches for relaxation Creative stimulus and discussion Reflection Creativity Sharing/Ritual/Celebration This full moon is also known as the Hunter moon. This was traditionally the time of the year to hunt, in preparation for the winter months ahead. It also marks the first full moon after equinox. We relate this time of year to harvesting, reaping rewards for what we have sown and showing gratitude for what we have.
