This workshop on Past Life Regression and Regression Therapy includes a demonstration of Past Life Regression as well as a Group Regression. There are a couple of main reasons why people are drawn to past life regression; curiosity is one valid one, and of course the other main one is a challenge that is disturbing the equilibrium of our current life in some way. Within each of us reside the events and memories of past lives. A migraine, chronic lower back pain or knee problem may be telling a story from an old accident or wound. A chronic sore throat may derive from strangling, hanging or choking. As the soul returns to life over and over, these traumatic memories are re-created, often making little sense in the context of the present life and keeping us from living peaceful lives. They can emerge as obsessions, recurring relationship problems, nightmares, anger, depression, sadness, panic attacks and unexplained physical pains. Whatever the motivation for past life regression, the main point of it is that it brings about a positive outcome to the current life that leads to resolution, insight and healing in one comprehensive process.
