We will sing while dancing in a circle to phrases honouring many spiritual / religious traditions. Be prepared for a powerful, joyful and relaxing weekend. Beginners are warmly welcome - no experience of singing or dancing required.

It is possible to come for one day only, but staying over night is recommended and will allow you to enjoy the dances & the weekend much deeper.

Loudwater Farm is a retreat centre of the spiritual brother- and sisterhood of Subud, with a two acre garden to wander in. The whole farm is bordered on three sides by the River Chess and meadows set in the Chess Valley, yet only about one mile north of Rickmansworth underground station.
