At the time of the spring equinox, light and dark are in balance; the days grow brighter and the earth grows warmer. It is a time of birth, and of manifestation, one symbol of which is the egg. It is the time of spring's return. Wild flowers appear, sorrow turns to joy, and scarcity to abundance. It is a time both of growth and of balance, and we may work on balancing ourselves and the subtle energies within us. We shall be making particular use of song and poetry in the formation of this beautiful ritual. The ritual will be followed be a feast, so please bring food and drink to share.
