We begin with identifying beliefs about food and move into exercises, including lunch exercises both Saturday and Sunday, that help us discover our system of beliefs around food, eating, the body and weight. Exercises include: Hungry or FullWhat It Means About Me; Thin and Fat---What Am I Assuming?; In Control/Out of Control; When I Eat When Im Not Hungry; What Is Missing In my Life Becaue of My Relationship With Food?; If People Saw The Real Me; What Is There Too Much Of, And Not Enough Of, Besides Food?
