Death is a subject that we usually prefer not to talk about. This universal experience tends to be sanitized and ignored in our culture. And yet, death - which may both terrify and fascinate us - focuses the mind powerfully on the very precious and transitory nature of our existence.

'Let’s Talk About Death” is a new workshop series to be led by Roberta Wedge (roberta_wedge@yahoo.com) and Rev. Andy. It will focus on the spiritual, emotional, and practical aspects of death. Workshops will include outside speakers from time to time and also offer personal tasks to reflect on.

The programme begins Tuesday the 3rd of November, 7.00-8.30 pm at Unity. It will continue weekly until 8th December, break for the holidays, and then resume 5th January, continuing until 9th February. To create an atmosphere of trust and safety, participants are asked to make a sincere effort to attend most of the sessions.
