Unitarians embrace many spiritual paths. In meditation we do not impose a single - or correct - approach. Instead we invite you to embark on an investigation into the nature of mind. Above all it is your investigation; we do not tell you what to think.

Unitarians embrace many spiritual paths. In meditation we do not impose a single - or correct - approach. Instead we invite you to embark on an investigation into the nature of mind. Above all it is your investigation; we do not tell you what to think.

We will explore:

              ♦   what is mediation?
              ♦   how do we meditate?
♦   how does it affect our lives?

These sessions strengthen your meditation practice by offering the support of a meditation community. By sharing our experience, we sustain our practice.

Sessions begin at 7pm every Tuesday. We begin with an introduction to the Unitarian approach to meditation and a ten minute reflection on one of the themes above. Then there are two 20 minute sessions followed by a brief period of open discussion.

Please use Church Walk entrance and ring bell for entry
