About Zanubia:
She has been fascinated by movement and dance since childhood when, like all children she moved joyfully and freely to music. Since then she’s been on a journey of discovery and greater understanding of its pull, becoming evermore aware of the deeply relaxing, liberating and even ecstatic states that can be experienced by anyone through free, natural movement and breath, unrestricted by learned steps, techniques or the need to perform. This led her to happy and inspiring encounters with Biodanza, Tantric Dance, Gabrielle Roth’s Five Rhythms and most recently Ecstatic Trance-Dance.
She says: “Ecstatic Trance-Dance is Nature’s Rave giving us a natural energy high!”
